Wordsworth Rewards and Consequences

All of our children have been working really hard to earn their Trust Tokens this half-term. We have been focusing on behaviour during transitions around school; for example walking up and down stairs quietly, safely and respectfully, and they have really risen to the challenge.

At Wordsworth we reflect on and update our behaviour policy annually. This can be found in our Policies section along with the Rewards and Consequences information.  We thought it would be helpful to share our Golden Rules with parents again:

1. Make safe choices

2. show respect to each other

3. Follow instructions

4. Look after our school environment

5. Reflect and repair

We have linked these rules to our school values- Empowerment, Community, Trust, Nurture and Learning. We aim to reward children for following the rules and by making positive choices, which we do in various ways.  Please click the links below to be taken to these documents.
