Music lessons, academic year 2026-27 – Wordsworth

 

SIOW Music are providing instrumental lessons at Wordsworth Primary from September 2026.

Lessons are available on the following instruments (subject to availability) for Y3-Y6 pupils.

Brass (trumpet, cornet)

Woodwind (flute, clarinet)

Guitar

Violin (also available to Y2 pupils)

The cost of lessons are as follows (all lessons are 20 minutes and take place during the school day);

Group - £75 per term (or £210 if paid in full by 31st August 2026)

Paired - £125 per term (or £345 if paid in full by 31st August 2026)

Individual - £190 per term (or £495 if paid in full by 31st August 2026)

All Pupil Premium students will only need to pay £30 and the rest of the cost will be covered by the school (group lessons only)

Pupils with a EHCP can access an individual lessons at the paired lesson cost. All Looked After Children will receive an individual lesson fully funded by SIOW Music.

We are able to provide instruments for £50 per year.
